The position involves coordinating system support which includes design, coding/programming, file/screen building, training, and implementation of multiple systems. The individual will serve as a liaison between the IT Department, vendors, and clients for multiple systems/applications. Additionally, the role requires providing technical/application assistance to clients and IT staff. The candidate will participate in an on-call rotation schedule, which includes daily, after hours, and weekends, to provide 24x7 client support. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
