The IT Analyst – Deltek Vantagepoint is responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of the Deltek Vantagepoint ERP system, ensuring it meets the operational needs of the organization. This role supports system management, reporting, data analysis, and integrations to enhance business processes and decision-making. The IT Analyst works closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements, develop system improvements, and manage IT projects related to Deltek Vantagepoint and its integrations with other business applications. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting system issues, ensuring data integrity, and providing end-user training and support.
