Participate in assigned deal pursuits to understand client needs and align EY's services to meet those needs in a repeatable, sustainable and profitable business model. Encompass application managed services, digital solutions including custom development and bespoke solutions. The solution team caters to account teams and clients in all sectors with an emphasis on the larger, more complex managed service deals. Responsible for building the business into a significant solution for the firm, achieving target margin and revenue targets and driving innovative solutions. Help pursue and transition complex deals across all sectors. Collaborate with account and pursuit teams to define all elements of the solution model to accurately estimate the cost, effort, and timeline to deliver in collaboration. Ensure that transition and transformation estimate, and timelines are costed correctly, and timelines are achievable. Work closely with functional (Subject Matter Experts/Subject Matter Resources) SMEs/SMRs and technology/transformation leads to assist in development of target operating models, implementation plans, and client value propositions related to the solution and delivery expectations. Support cost and price inputs from SMEs/SMRs that guide the integrity of the design once compiled to ensure a design holistic model.
