About The Position
The IT Administrator at Carr, Riggs & Ingram, LLC (CRI) is responsible for providing end-user support and maintaining IT systems for the Albuquerque office. This role serves as the primary contact between the local office and the IT department, focusing on installing, configuring, and maintaining user endpoints, as well as server hardware and software. The position requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues, along with daily systems monitoring to ensure system integrity and performance. The IT Administrator will also engage in occasional travel, after-hours maintenance, and on-call support as needed.
