The IT Administrator is a vital member of the Network and Systems administration team, responsible for maintaining and supporting the University’s IT infrastructure, including servers, software, networks, telecom, and educational technology tools. This role ensures stability, security, and performance across the campus-wide technology environment, while contributing to larger strategic initiatives and ensuring cross-functional collaboration among other Computing Services teams and across the University. Strong technical and troubleshooting skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and commitment to teamwork and collaboration, are essential to success in this critical role.
