We are currently seeking a Full-Time IT Administrator to join our team at Fairmount Behavioral Health. The IT Administrator is responsible for providing ongoing support/maintenance of all information systems which are involved with patient care, including clinical delivery. diagnostics, scheduling, revenue cycle and financial. Evaluates and prioritizes trouble tickets and providing 1st line support where needed. Ensuring appropriate security access is provided in a timely manner as well as deactivating users as directed. Responsible for planning and executing work orders for new practice locations or relocations as needed. Works with other support delivery services. such as Telecommunications, information systems and vendors, to coordinate efforts for installations or problem resolution of core applications, network and peripherals. Requirements

  • Associates Degree or Equivalent Technical Certifications
  • 1-3 yeras in a technical support role. Patient care setting preferred
  • MS, AD Administration Skills. Basic neworking competency and ISP troubleshooting
  • PC and Office application support. Knowledge of patient privacy laws and regulations

Responsibilities
