The IT Administrator / IT Technician provides administrative, operational, and technical support to the IT Department. This hybrid role combines administrative support functions for IT leadership with Tier 1 technical support responsibilities, asset management, and vendor coordination. This position serves as a primary point of contact for IT support calls, handles entry-level troubleshooting, processes department invoices and POs, maintains IT documentation, assists with IT projects, and performs hands-on technical tasks such as hardware setup, cable runs, and equipment transport. The role also supports the Director of IT with administrative duties such as scheduling, documentation, procurement tracking, and department organization.
