About The Position

Partner with multiple teams to implement Data Governance, Data Quality and Data Risk & Control frameworks Work with Product, Operations, and Technology partners to understand the LATAM/NAM data estate and define, prioritize and deliver objectives in line with the Issuer Services Data Strategy Management and analysis of data-related issues, tracking of ownership and target dates and associated metrics and reporting Support and coordinate with business lines and global functions on the enterprise Data Governance strategy rollout, including data use case execution, data domain operationalization, and Data Risk Taxonomy assessment Maintain transparency in program/project risks; escalate and manage risk to ensure the quality and timely completion of data initiatives Provide expertise on the Data Governance and/or Data Risk & Controls framework, including design, effectiveness, performance monitoring, and self-assessment processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's/University degree required, Master's degree a plus
• 6-10 years relevant experience in a Data Governance, Data Management, Data Strategy or related area within the financial services industry
• Working knowledge of data architecture, standards and modelling principles and tooling
• Ability to navigate tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes, with the ability to anticipate and balance needs of multiple stakeholders
• Ability to communicate effectively to develop and deliver multi-mode communications and influence change/transformation across Product, Operations and Technology stakeholders
