About The Position

(U) The ISSJ Sr./Expert Intelligence Analyst serves as the right-hand to client and internal leadership, providing subject-matter expertise in intelligence gathering, analysis, and reporting. This role is responsible for programmatic development, quality control, and mentorship of Intelligence Analysts and GSOC Operators. The lead ensures intelligence products are actionable, accurate, and aligned with client needs while maintaining situational awareness across operational areas. This position is contingent on contract award Essential Duties and Responsibilities (U) Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for researching, developing, and presenting intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, commanders, and staff. The All-Source Intelligence Analyst (ASIA) will perform all-source intelligence analysis and production, as well as interface with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure maximum collaboration and situational awareness to accomplish Special Operations Forces (SOF) unique operational and tactical level intelligence requirements. The All-Source Intelligence Analysts (ASIA) must possess knowledge at the tactical and operational levels and be capable of performing all-source intelligence analytic support to Counterterrorism/Violent Extremist Organizations (CT/VEO), Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations (TCO), Security Impact Analysis (SIA), Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), and crisis response operations and missions. The All-Source Intelligence Analysts (ASIA) shall demonstrate level of proficiency in proven analytic techniques, current analytic tools, production of high-quality comprehensive technical/non-technical intelligence products (assessments, finished intelligence products, papers, presentations) and the proven ability to prepare and present formal or informal briefings as required and specified in the below qualifications. Some ASIA billets will be required to serve as the USSOCOM representative during non-duty hours and support 24/7 rotational shift hours. Requirements

An Active DoD TS/SCI
Minimum of six (6) years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies is required with four (4) years at the operational level.
Proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
Demonstrate expert proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.
Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 level or higher.
The position is contingent upon candidate’s ability to meet physical and medical requirements as needed by the position; including compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local jurisdictional requirements.

Responsibilities
