About The Position

OSINT Analysts are responsible for conducting advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources This position is contingent on contract award Essential Duties and Responsibilities (U) Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. OSINT Analysts will interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations, targeting, HUMINT and exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications and warnings threat estimates. OSINT Analysts shall fuse publicly available and commercially available information for multi-intelligence assessments.

Requirements

  • Minimum of eight (8) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation directly supporting special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/non-kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience with digital signature reduction.
  • Advanced proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, as well as analytic and targeting methodology.
  • Advanced proficiency with the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology, and a strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media, the internet, commercially available data, and deep/dark web data sources).
  • Advanced understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy.
  • Superior written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Superior verbal briefing skills, with demonstrated history of briefing at the O5/GS14 level or above.
  • The position is contingent upon candidate’s ability to meet physical and medical requirements as needed by the position; including compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local jurisdictional requirements.
