About The Position

This position provides support services for professional staff, primarily focusing on reinforcing instruction within the In-School Suspension room. The role involves working closely with students to assist them in their learning activities and ensuring they receive the necessary support during their time in suspension.

Requirements

• High school diploma or state-issued high school equivalency credential (i.e., GED, HiSET, TASC).
• 48 college credit hours including 9 English credits and 6 Math credits or passing score of 450 on the Para-Pro Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce instruction within the In-School Suspension room through drill and practice activities with individual students or small groups.
• Assist assigned students with activities as needed.
• Perform other additional duties/responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor and/or Superintendent.
