About The Position

The Sr. Manager, Field Engineer or ISR Site Manager is responsible for being the leading contractor at a Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) base in Saudi Arabia. They will be the primary on site contact RSAF end user of a US Government Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contract. This position is 100% on-site in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of prior flight line maintenance and Leadership experience.
• Graduate Degree with 10 years of prior flight line maintenance and Leadership experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 16 years of prior flight line maintenance and Leadership experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of ISR Mission Systems and Subsystems experience.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Nice To Haves

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant License (A&P).
• Experience living/working overseas/Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Current KSA Iqama.
• Former USAF Maintenance Officer/Enlisted professional.
• Seven (7) years or more of experience directly advising Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Responsible focal point with the RSAF and USAF personnel at the base.
• Provides direct supervision to all US expat employees and local national contractors supporting the instruction and maintaining of the L3Harris aircraft and mission systems.
• Primary interface between the contractors and the RSAF daily.
• Attending USAF/RSAF/Contractor Program Management Review (PMR) meetings.
• Use test equipment to isolate malfunctions and required tools to effect repairs.
• Operating/maintaining/managing ISR aircraft.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical/electronic terminology, symbols, codes, and diagrams/schematics/drawings.
• Work under extreme weather conditions and assist team members with various tasks when required.
• Working overseas with foreign customers; experience in host nation.
• Use of MS Office tools and MS One Note.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
