About The Position
The ISP (Inside Plant) Engineer I is responsible for troubleshooting, support, and maintenance of network elements and connections that support Charter's revenue-generating networks. This role involves ensuring high-quality delivery of off-air, satellite, and digital transport signals to the outside plant, while also performing installation, operation, and remediation of equipment associated with Headend and data centers. The position requires participation in an on-call rotation and adherence to industry regulations and company standards.
