Our Technology Operations teams engineer and manage an advanced infrastructure that offers a full range of state-of-the-art residential and business services including Spectrum Internet®, Video, Mobile, and Voice. Through sophisticated innovations and service reliability, we ensure our customers never miss a second of what matters most. As an ISP Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, support and maintenance of network elements and connections required to support Charter's revenue generating networks. Work to provide enterprise-wide tiered support on Voice, Internet, Video, Core distribution, Spectrum Enterprise, and access network elements and connections as needed. Under moderate supervision, responsible for the delivery of high quality off-air, satellite, and digital transport signals to the outside plant (point of demarcation from ISP facilities) utilizing, maintaining and installing a variety of optical and electrical interfaces including but not limited to coaxial cable, fiber optic transmission, and Ethernet cable. Includes the installation, construction, operation and break-fix remediation, with root cause analysis of all equipment, including Critical Infrastructure, associated with the Headend (HE) and data centers. On-call rotation required.
