About The Position

The ISO Specialist at China Jushi USA Corporation is responsible for ensuring compliance with internal control procedures and conducting audits to maintain quality standards in the manufacturing process. This role involves developing audit plans, evaluating risks, and preparing reports that reflect audit results. The position requires working in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety practices and continuous improvement methodologies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age and have obtained a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification (Preferred).
• Ability to work any shift (Primary Shift is Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm).
• Flexibility to work overtime as scheduled, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal audit scope and audit plans.
• Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
• Verify assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation.
• Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results and document processes.
• Evaluate possible risks and devise risk management procedures with attention to key risk areas.
• Schedule customer and supplier audits.
• Conduct follow-up audits.
• Perform job-specific tasks in compliance with applicable regulations, international standards, and company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Review final reports, batch records, Certificates of Analysis, and/or other necessary documentation as appropriate to the defined Quality Role.
• Perform QC review activities where applicable.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data.
• Analyze trends or variations to define problems.
• Review for accuracy to standards and process document changes, additions, and deletions according to Document and Data Control Standard Practice.
• Assist in planning and preparing quality, ISO, procedural, and process training by coordinating or performing training with appropriate parties.
