The ISO Coordinator team member will be a part of the Environmental Health and Safety department team. This position is Full-Time working 40 hours per week. The position primarily involves sitting / standing throughout the day while working in an indoor, temperature-controlled office environment and on the production floor. This role will be expected to work with the team to develop environmental procedures; help develop and implement ideas relating to waste reduction and cost savings; maintain environmental compliance tracking sheet; maintain updates to manual, provide document control, file IAW ISO requirements and properly manage obsolete information; work with EMS teams to develop preventative actions and maintain continuous improvement log; participate with the EHS Manager in conducting Internal audits, management reviews and third-party audits; ensure regulatory compliance of all local, state, and federal laws and submit required data to third party for processing of regulatory reports. This position will also train in Safety to be EHS Managers back-up.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Excel
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Occasionally use ladders / steps to enter and exit homes

  • Prior ISO 14001 experience in a recent role preferred
