ISO 9001 Quality Lab & Compliance Technician
About The Position
Your impact Join Minova in Tooele, Utah to safeguard product quality at a global manufacturing company known for its safety-first culture and continuous improvement. As an ISO 9001 Quality Lab & Compliance Technician, you’ll be a direct-hire contributor on 1st shift—driving conformance, accuracy, and confidence for our customers. What you’ll do Execute routine quality tests and inspections in accordance with applicable standards. Maintain and improve the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. Assist internal quality audits; verify adherence to performance and quality standards. Record precise test results; prepare clear quality documentation and reports. Evaluate quality data to spot trends and recommend improvements. Support customer complaint investigations and corrective actions (CAPA). Schedule and coordinate calibration for gauges, scales, and test equipment. Collaborate with production to ensure specifications and customer requirements are met. Identify opportunities to boost quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness. What you bring Background in a quality, laboratory, or manufacturing environment (preferred). Understanding of QC processes, testing techniques, and documentation practices. Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards (plus). Strong attention to detail; organized and thorough. Procedural discipline and commitment to safety requirements. Comfortable handling data analysis and written reporting. Clear, team-oriented communicator. Requirements
- Background in a quality, laboratory, or manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Understanding of QC processes, testing techniques, and documentation practices.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards (plus).
- Strong attention to detail; organized and thorough.
- Procedural discipline and commitment to safety requirements.
- Comfortable handling data analysis and written reporting.
- Clear, team-oriented communicator.
