The Integrated Solutions Modeling & Architecture (ISMA) Department supports customer focused mission modeling and simulation activities for all customer areas at Raytheon. Our teams develop, analyze, and create flexible integration solutions crossing all product areas such as sensors, effectors, command and control, logistics, and operations. They develop tools and methods to evaluate campaign, mission, and system level analysis and visualizations based on customer requirements. What You Will Do You will use data analytics to contribute to system modeling and data analysis activities for the purpose of supporting new business, weapon system design and performance, kill chain architectures, and wargaming advanced concepts. You will support the design, development, and utilization of variable-fidelity digital simulation software in advanced technical computing environments. You will contribute your knowledge of performance engineering practices, and procedures, to evaluate work across a wide range of intriguing computational problems to answer questions such as: what should be the next system improvement; or what is the effectivity of the missile against a single or multiple threats; or what counter measures should be considered to increase effectivity and/or survivability and other operational performance related questions. You will contribute to system modeling and data analysis activities for the purpose of supporting new business, missile system design and performance, You will contribute and collaborate in a team environment, receiving input from the program, external customers, or team experts, and work on projects, as you determine, develop, and implement analytic approaches that will generate the supporting data to inform programmatic decisions. You will provide support to simulation, modeling and analysis activities throughout the product lifecycle. You will participate in the development and implementation of model-based solutions to support mission trade studies using mission and engagement level simulations to ensure they meet defined requirements and performance.
