About The Position

As a member of the Expeditors team, you will be responsible for monitoring and filing Customs Importer Security Filings (ISF). This includes filing ISF filings and providing all other ISF filing activities according to Expeditors policies, customer needs, and applicable regulations. You will provide exceptional customer service, maintaining close contact with customers and origin offices to ensure that shipments are filed accurately and timely. Your role will also involve ensuring that all work is handled efficiently by monitoring the workboard and ISF tool to maintain the timeliness and accuracy of ISF filings. Additionally, you will assist with reporting and troubleshooting mismatch reports, and ensure adherence to the required minimum of 52 annual training hours for all staff.

Requirements

• Preferably 1-2 years in the freight forwarding industry.
• ISF experience is a plus.
• Professional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Effective interpersonal skills with proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities
