You will act as the managing counsel subject matter expert in derivatives legal documentation providing senior level legal contractual advice to the Global Markets team of Citizens Commercial Banking business. The role will also support the Global Markets team across a broad range of business issues which may involve strategic issues, product development, customers, regulatory development, processes, reporting, and compliance. You will also help to mitigate potential risk by ensuring the business or function operates within appropriate laws and regulatory guidance.
