About The Position

As an ISC Project Management Manager here at Honeywell, you will assume a pivotal role in steering the strategic success of our supply chain initiatives. Leading a team of project managers, you will orchestrate the seamless execution of supply chain projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify and implement process improvements, utilizing your extensive knowledge of supply chain processes, from procurement to customer fulfillment. You will report directly to our Director Strategic Sourcing and you’ll work out of our Tempe, AZ OR other Aero locations on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the operational efficiency and overall success of our supply chain operations, driving projects that directly contribute to cost-effectiveness and excellence in service delivery.

Requirements

  • 6 plus years of experience in supply chain project management, demonstrating a consistent record of success in leading and delivering complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex supply chain projects that include negotiation skills, scouting for vendors
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Expertise in advanced project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on continual improvement and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful execution of supply chain projects.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for multiple supply chain projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain.
