As an ISC Production Supervisor at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day production operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed. Your leadership and expertise will contribute to the success and efficiency of our manufacturing processes. You will report directly to our Sr. Chemical Plant Operations Manager and you'll work out of our Baton Rouge location. In this role, you will impact production processes, improve operational efficiency, ensure on-time delivery of products, and maintain a safe working environment. Your responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating production activities to meet production targets and quality standards, implementing and enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices. Additionally, you will be tasked with training and developing production team members to enhance their skills and performance.
