About The Position

New Product Introduction (NPI) is Honeywell’s organizational link between Integrated Supply Chain and the product development functions of Engineering, Program Management, and the Strategic Business Units. AME participates in the execution of new product development programs to ensure product cost, capability, and producibility targets are achieved. Specifically, this involves evaluations of the design, the supply base, the product cost, the manufacturing factory, the manufacturing process capability, and the manufacturing yield of an end item product. As an ISC Analytics Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven insights and analytics to optimize operational efficiency and improve decision-making within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. A primary role for this position is to support the Tempe growth project to enable production of legacy products as well as the new products in the new factory of the future. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business challenges and develop analytical solutions, as well as with contractors to design and build the new facilities. With your strong data analytics skills and expertise, you will develop and implement data analytics strategies to drive continuous improvement of production flow in the new factory. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will be key in ensuring data integrity and accuracy. In this role, your work will improve decision making in the business, optimize processes, increase cost savings, and improve customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering for NPI, and you’ll work out of our Tempe, AZ location.
