About The Position

As part of our inside sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers within your assigned territory. This role involves engaging with OEMs, contractors, and end users of electrical enclosure climate control products and related solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic
  • Sales experience is a must; HVAC or industrial product experience is a plus
  • STRONG communication skills, including interpersonal skills to collaborate with other departments in the company, such as production and distribution
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Goldmine, Act, Salesforce
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Basic knowledge of keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office
  • Undergraduate degree

Responsibilities

  • Consistently manage large volumes of phone and email communications while maintaining responsiveness and accuracy
  • Identify new sales opportunities and proactively follow up to convert leads into customers
  • Provide expert product guidance and support to customers within your accounts
  • Handle incoming communications across multiple channels, ensuring timely and effective responses
  • Manage a high volume of accounts, driving success through our defined sales process
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
