As an IS Technology Specialist Lead, you will be a part of a team that leads the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of computer systems, hardware, and peripherals across the assigned location of responsibilities. You will manage the documentation, upgrade, and replacement of hardware and software systems and ensure that user account information, including rights, security, and system groups, are maintained effectively. In this role, you will lead and guide the work of a team of IT professionals, ensuring that high-quality, timely support is provided to end users, while also contributing to continuous improvement and mentoring of team members. Requirements

  • Education Required - High School Diploma/GED
  • Work Experience Required - 5 years related IT experience in a technical support or maintenance role.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to enter and retrieve data effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
  • Proficiency with Windows-style applications and relevant software packages.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to work through stressful situations while remaining professional.
  • Ability to work effectively under frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
  • Must be able to move throughout and between campuses, with occasional out-of-town travel required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and extended shifts.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to support the development of Technology Specialist agents.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred - 6 years related IT experience in a technical support or maintenance role.
