About The Position

The Information Services Intern will work collaboratively with the IT team to provide technical support, assist with system maintenance, and contribute to a variety of IT-related projects. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience across multiple areas of information technology, allowing students to build practical skills that support future career growth in the field. The intern will assist with hardware replacement and upgrade initiatives. Additional assignments may be provided based on departmental needs and project timelines.

Requirements

• Must be a current undergraduate college student or graduate college student.
• A specific educational focus or degree may be preferred, depending on the hosting department of internship.

• A specific license and/or certification may be preferred, depending on the hosting department of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Respond to service requests and provide high-quality end-user support.
• Assist IT staff in maintaining servers, networks, and related systems.
• Support the installation and updating of software applications.
