About The Position
Piper Companies is currently seeking a skilled IS&T Contract Analyst to join a groundbreaking financial solutions team in a hybrid capacity in Columbia, MD. The role involves overseeing the contract review and redlining process, analyzing, revising, and negotiating healthcare IT vendor agreements to secure favorable terms. The analyst will evaluate contracts for compliance with healthcare IT regulations and organizational policies, develop and maintain a centralized repository for healthcare IT contracts, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of contracts with business objectives. Additionally, the analyst will provide feedback on contract drafts, gather vendor intelligence, monitor contract lifecycle milestones, prepare reports on contract metrics, and stay informed of industry trends to enhance redlining efficiency and outcomes.
