Could you be the full-time Contract Manager in our dynamic team located in Bangalore we're looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive expertise in contract and claims management in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside innovative, diligent, and collaborative teammates. You'll manage and record contract documentation, ensuring 'best in class' performance. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Procurement, Legal, IT), analyze contract terms and conditions, prepare and conduct educational sessions, and much more. You'll specifically take care of organizing contract performance reviews, tracking obligations fulfillment, coordinating corrective actions and commercial audits, as well as handling negotiations for contract changes, renewals, and terminations.
