The Systems Administrator position is primarily remote, however, this position may need to go onsite for on-call events requiring hands on a site. This position resides within a team responsible for core identity and access management services, including enterprise-wide Active Directory administration, Azure service principal lifecycle management, and Conditional Access policy governance. The ideal candidate will bring mid-level Azure expertise, strong Windows Server administration skills, and experience managing Microsoft PKI infrastructure. Familiarity with automation and scripting in support of these services is highly valued.

  • Actively monitors and remediates alerts from SHS infrastructure.
  • Participates in incident, request, configuration and change management according to ITIL standards and established service level agreements (SLA).
  • Acts as point of escalation for incident/request remediation.
  • Responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance/upgrades, patching and troubleshooting of SHS Information Systems infrastructure.
  • Associate's degree (preferably in a related field) or equivalent experience required.
  • Three (3) years experience in systems administration required.
  • Industry recognized, current and relevant certification preferred.
  • If assigned to Epic Certified Systems Administrator role, Epic certification (ECSA) required within six (6) months of hire.
  • If assigned to Epic Operational Database Administrator role, Epic certification (ODBA) required within six (6) months of hire.
