About The Position
The IS Performance Analyst assumes responsibilities and duties related to IT process monitoring and improvement, internal and external reporting, and quality review/analysis. He or she provides support to IS leadership by effectively developing, communicating documented processes. They also assist IS leaders with operationally adopting and monitoring IS processes and with interpreting their teams performance.
