Implement and maintain mobile device management solutions, administer phone registration and advise on enterprise policies. Review performance logs and monitor system performance. Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware stability problems. Ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values. Provide user support and may conduct user software and hardware training to formulate technology solutions and ensure the effective safeguarding and sharing of enterprise data. Perform and/or oversee daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups. Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools. Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes. Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks. Participate in the design of information and operational support systems. Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
