About The Position

This position provides essential technical expertise and workflow training to end users across various settings. The role involves participating in and leading usability testing, Epic implementations, and efficiency sessions, as well as conducting formal classroom training and one-on-one education. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and problem resolution, ensuring that users can effectively utilize the Epic systems. In this role, you will consult with users to identify their current-state operating goals, aiming to optimize the Epic systems for better performance. The job requires a proactive approach to education and support, ensuring that end users are well-equipped to navigate the systems effectively. You will maintain expertise in assigned Epic applications and departmental workflows, providing ongoing support for Epic implementations and organizational initiatives. This position is crucial in helping Ochsner Health achieve its mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services to our community.
