The position involves analyzing, designing, and developing systems based on user specifications. The candidate will provide technical assistance for hardware/software issues and troubleshoot system-related problems. They will utilize in-depth knowledge of technical tools for systems development and support, maintain a working knowledge of various applications (e.g., mainframe, SAS), their processing, and programming languages. Staying updated on industry trends, particularly those relevant to Huntington, is essential. The role includes assisting in identifying training needs and training and/or mentoring less experienced staff, serving as a technical project leader for specific projects and BAU activities, maintaining CMBD entries for applications, managing the team on-call schedule and updates in ServiceNow, attending mandatory daily/weekly meetings for system outages and incident management, possessing knowledge of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning, and understanding Privileged Access Management, user access, and entitlements. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
