About The Position

GRS has an opening for a full-time IS Analyst in its Corporate Headquarters office, located in Southfield, MI, providing corporate level support focusing on maintenance and integral support of the GRS IT infrastructure as a member of the Information Technology Operations Group.

Requirements

• BA/BS in a technology related field (i.e. Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems)
• Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Experience in the management of IT infrastructure, virtual and cloud computing and the ability to diagnose hardware issues
• Advanced knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft products
• Cybersecurity awareness and understanding of security best practices

Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance of the network, systems and workstation hardware
• Assist in the maintenance of the network and systems software
• Maintain end user applications (virtual and physical)
• Participate in security monitoring and analysis activities
• Contribute to the deployment and operations of the information technology environments (virtual and physical)
• GRS technology collaboration tools
• Manage the establishment / relocation / de-establishment of GRS locations
