About The Position

You will be the Logistics Support Engineer for the IRST LSE Depot Operations team. Our team is responsible for providing sustainment program support, including integration, comprehensive logistics, and sustainment plan creation, to ensure the lifecycle success of our products. As the Logistics Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for Development, Production, and Sustainment activities, ensuring seamless execution of program requirements. You will serve as a key interface between cross-functional teams, including ILS, production repair operations, procurement, and engineering, to drive program success.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and Customer Service orientation
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word)
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Ability to interface with a variety of information technology applications to create purchase requirements, maintain and deliver GFE hardware, tooling, and support equipment
• Ability to track, submit, and report contractual data deliverables
• Ability to prepare and accomplish presentations

Nice To Haves

• Depot or Repair Operations Experience
• Ability to research & interpret technical requirements including engineering or similar work instructions
• Experience with management and use of Tooling and Test Equipment
• Ability to work in a cross-functional IPT environment
• Experience using MS Excel and SAP client applications
• Familiar with MFC Asset Management System (AMS)
• Experience interacting with management and customers
• Individual must be a self-starter capable of effectively managing

Responsibilities

• Identifying and tracking risks and opportunities across the program
• Facilitating IMS updates and milestone selection and tracking
• Reviewing and approving repair and rework requirements using various tools and analysis techniques
• Ensuring contract and schedule requirements are met
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to execute roles and responsibilities
• Supporting Depot standup activities and contract data deliverables
