Our company is rapidly growing and we are expanding our Irrigation group. If you love working outside this role will involve Irrigation install, service, repairs and excellent customer service skills. We are looking for a detail oriented individual looking to grow their career in the Irrigation industry. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is passionate about Irrigation systems and lawn care. A continual learner striving to master the craft while seeking opportunities to further develop and expand our service offerings. Our training program will help you build your skillset to be successful in this position. As a Ryan Irrigation trainee you will work with our customers to provide solutions and improvements to their Irrigation systems.

Requirements

Has knowledge of Irrigation practices
Is committed to providing excellent customer service
Has strong problem solving skills
Is willing to be a team player
Is happy to work in all weather conditions
Has the ability install crew or manage a service route
Has a willingness to learn new skills and work outside of the department to help the company achieve its goals.
2 years of Irrigation experience preferred

Nice To Haves

Certified Irrigation Technician preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Assist with installation of residential and commercial Irrigation systems (spray heads, rotors, drip, valves, controllers).
Help perform start-ups, mid-season checks, and winterizing/blowouts
Support troubleshooting and basic repairs, including leaks, broken heads, and wiring issues under supervision.
Dig trenches, pull pipe, backfill, and restore turf and beds after work is completed.
Load, unload, and organize tools, pipe, fittings, and other materials on trucks and in the yard.
Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe job site.

Full time year around employment with a starting compensation of $50,000 to $60,000 based on experience, with opportunity to grow
