Greencroft Goshen is seeking a Seasonal Irrigation Technician to support our Goshen campus. In this hands-on role, youll help maintain and operate irrigation systems that keep our grounds safe, functional, and beautiful for our residents and team members. What Youll Do Operate, monitor, and maintain campus irrigation systems Perform seasonal system start-up in spring and winterization in fall Repair and replace sprinkler heads, valves, and irrigation lines Conduct routine inspections to ensure systems are functioning properly Adjust sprinkler heads to avoid overspray on buildings, sidewalks, and roadways Maintain inventory of irrigation parts and request needed supplies Develop and prioritize daily work plans in coordination with the Grounds Team Lead Safely operate equipment such as tractors, mowers, mini-trucks, and power tools Inspect equipment to ensure safe working condition Assist with general grounds support and respond to campus needs as needed What Were Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred 3+ years of irrigation or grounds maintenance experience preferred Valid drivers license required Knowledge of irrigation systems, tools, and repair techniques Ability to safely operate hand tools and grounds equipment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow safety procedures and work efficiently Work Environment & Physical Requirements Outdoor work in a variety of weather conditions Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs) Exposure to equipment, noise, dust, and chemicals (pesticides/herbicides) Use of hand and power tools and operation of machinery Apply Today or contact Ilia at 574.537.4029 if you have any questions!
