As a Conserva Level One Technician you are a physically fit, self-starter who is hardworking with a great attitude and a desire to grow from within an organization. No previous irrigation experience is required, but experienced candidates are encouraged to apply as well. During your first 90 days, you will primarily be responsible for working directly with a Level Two Technician as well as completing your Conserva LMS training. Once you learn the basic skill sets of replacing heads and nozzles, fixing line leaks, installing rain sensors, reprogramming controllers and understanding our flagging regimen you will be deployed to work independently as a Certified Level One Tech earning at the $25+/hr level. The average candidate will take 90 days to “level up”, but experience, ability and desire will determine how quickly you advance. How fast can you grow?
