Requirements

Customer Service Skills
Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

1+ years of experience as a landscaper, groundskeeper, or similar occupation

Responsibilities

Maintain excellent client relationship.
Routine weekly lawn mowing, fine gardening, garden bed clean-up, and trimming.
Identification and replacement of plant material.
Routine irrigation start ups, mid-season maintenance checks, and winterizations.
Responsible for irrigation system repairs as needed.
Establish positive relationships with clients.
Maintain open communication with foreman and crew.
Ensures projects are completed to the Aspen Ridge standard.
High attention to detail.
Holds self and team to maintaining high standards for job completion.
Aware of goals and timelines of the project.
Completes projects/goals in a timely and efficient manner.
Completes required documentation and forms.
