Requirements

• 2 years of experience in performing ground maintenance.
• Pesticide technician holding a current license.
• 2 years' experience in working with irrigation systems.
• 2 years' experience working as custodian or general cleaning.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds maintenance of the client.
• Supervise and perform daily, specialty tasks such as scheduling irrigation repairs, maintenance, operations and irrigation audits.
• Direct daily maintenance related to the landscaping maintenance including flower beds and trees.
• Maintain ground equipment.
