As an Irrigation Specialist, you will be a key representative of DreamLawn, consulting with clients and delivering expert service for all sprinkler systems. This professional, client-facing role involves expertly delivering full range services, including start-ups, shut-downs, and general maintenance for irrigation systems.

Requirements

• Outdoor Passion: A sincere interest in working outdoors and property maintenance.
• While previous experience in irrigation maintenance or related outdoor fields is beneficial, specialized lawn care expertise is not mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old (required to operate a company vehicle).
• Valid state-issued Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform consistent field work, including walking long distances in various weather conditions.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-range services, including seasonal system start-ups, winterization shut-downs, and general maintenance for client irrigation systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems.
• Communicate with homeowners via phone and face-to-face interactions to educate them on proper property care and our unique earth friendly practices.
• Manage time and resources effectively to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm while working outdoors and independently.
