Requirements
- Experience: Irrigation or green industry experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Physical Abilities: Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and stand/walk throughout the day.
- License: Valid driver’s license with a clean record (required).
- Communication: Able to effectively communicate in English.
- Reliability: Self-motivated, reliable, and a team player.
Responsibilities
- Irrigation System Repair & Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems for customers.
- Install & Maintain Systems: Install new systems and upgrade existing ones as required.
- Utilize Additional Skills: Apply skills in electrical, horticulture, water conservation, and plumbing.
- Client Relations: Communicate clearly with customers to ensure satisfaction with services.
- Physical Demands: Lift 50–75 pounds and be on your feet throughout the day.
- Outdoor Work: Perform tasks in hot and cold conditions, working outdoors year-round.
