About The Position

Conserva Irrigation of Tucson is seeking an experienced Irrigation Sales Technician to inspect residential irrigation systems, diagnose issues, and present repair and upgrade solutions. Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on irrigation experience (residential preferred)
• Strong knowledge of drip and spray irrigation systems
• Comfortable discussing pricing and recommending solutions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Sales or estimating experience in irrigation, landscaping, or home services
• Knowledge of water-efficient irrigation practices and system optimization
• Experience with smart irrigation controllers and advanced control systems

Responsibilities

• Perform residential irrigation system inspections and diagnostics
• Identify leaks, coverage issues, pressure problems, and inefficiencies
• Present repair and upgrade options clearly and professionally
• Create accurate proposals and close approved work
• Educate homeowners on water-efficient irrigation solutions
• Document findings with photos and detailed notes
• Manage daily schedule, routes, and proposal follow-ups
