About The Position

INTERMOUNTAIN FARMERS ASSOCIATION , a regional agricultural cooperative, is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of Irrigation Pivot Technician at the IFA Country Store in Roosevelt, Utah

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Multiple years of pivot experience preferred (ie set up, take down, running, and winterizing).
• A basic understanding of electrical work or an electrical certification.
• An ability and desire to work outdoors and independently.
• An ability to lift over 60 lbs routinely throughout the day.
• Experience with heavy machinery.
• A valid driver's license.
• Experience in agricultural irrigation

Responsibilities

• Will work on pivot repair and assembly for our customers
• Assist in Pivot sales and quotes as needed
• Recommend pivot upgrades and repairs as needed
• Winterize pivots yearly
• Become Rienke certified and keep up on the yearly recertification's
