About The Position

As a full-service landscape company, we proudly serve commercial, residential, and municipal clients. Our reputation is built on attention to detail, outstanding customer service, and unmatched professionalism. We are growing our team and seeking an Irrigation Manager to lead all aspects of irrigation system installations and service. In this role, you’ll oversee a team of skilled irrigation technicians, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations while driving efficiency and excellence in every aspect of our irrigation operations. We offer a base salary of $70,000 to $80,000 annually, generous PTO, 401K with 3% match and a company vehicle.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years irrigation experience (commercial and residential).
• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory/management/leadership position.
• Demonstrated knowledge of irrigation design, technology and best practices.
• Comfortability with technology and demonstrated experience using spread sheets and Jobber (or similar project management software) to create quotes and invoicing.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing irrigation system installations from start to finish.
• Managing and supervising a team of irrigation technicians.
• Managing all irrigation services, including the coordination of all materials, equipment, repairs, safety and quality standards.
• Coordinating with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
