Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of irrigation installation experience
- Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Coachable mindset and willingness to learn and adapt
- Dependability, honesty, and accountability are non-negotiable
Responsibilities
- Operating trenchers and assisting with trench excavation
- Cleaning and preparing trenches after excavation
- Installing irrigation components including backflow devices, piping, valves, drip systems, and sprinkler heads
- Running cabling and installing controllers, timers, rain and freeze sensors, and nozzles
- Hand grading areas to prepare for landscape installation
- Assisting with landscape installation tasks as needed, including but not limited to sod installation, plant installation, and tree installation
- Supporting crew productivity across multiple job scopes as required
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site
