Requirements
- Valid Texas driver’s license
- Proven experience in irrigation installation and production landscaping environments
- Reliable, accountable, and able to lead by example
Nice To Haves
- CDL not required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
- Prior crew leadership or lead role experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Safely drive company trucks and transport crews, tools, and materials to and from job sites
- Lead and execute irrigation installations , including trenching, piping, valves, backflow devices, controllers, sensors, and sprinkler heads
- Support and assist with production landscape work as needed , including sod installation, plant installation, and tree installation
- Direct daily crew activities to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met
- Manage job sites and coordinate tasks across multiple scopes of work
- Communicate effectively with office staff, project managers, and field supervisors
- Maintain job site organization, cleanliness, and efficiency
- Ensure crews follow company procedures, schedules, and expectations
