As an irrigation install crew foreman you lead a talented team that helps maintain beautiful lawns and landscapes.

Requirements

• 6-8 years Irrigation Experience
• Valid Driver's License & DOT Certificate
• Certified Irrigation Technician (CIT)
• One of the following IA certifications (CLIA, CIC, CID)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to push/pull objects while walking up to 3 miles a day or more
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Safely Operate equipment such as trenchers and vibratory plow.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading and coaching a team of 2-3 members, helping them to develop skills, efficiency and knowledge while ensuring all team members are equipped with tools, resources and required training to accurately meet the service demands of our customers.
• Assist in completing irrigation installation on client properties, including but not limited to, installing and adjusting heads, connecting pipes, installing valves and controllers, making proper wire connections, and cleaning up and overseeding lawns.
• Must be able to work well in a team environment as well as efficiently on your own while taking care of client properties and taking pride in the end results of their work.
• Continuing on the job and in the classroom training on all aspects of Ryan provided services with the goal of being able to service the client at a higher level with each year of employment.
• Will interact with clients on a daily basis communicating the process and expectations of services needed and services performed along with recommendations for other Ryan services needed on their property.
