About The Position

Hogan & Associates Construction has immediate openings for IRONWORKERS/ERECTORS/CERTIFIED WELDERS.
Must have personal tools including spud wrenches, bolt bag, welding hood, welding gloves, rod bag, chipping hammer, leather sleeves, clamps etc.
Must have 3F and 4F welding certs, 3G and 4G.
Employment offers are contingent on successfully passing a pre-employment drug test and background check.
Must have reliable transportation.
Only qualified applicants will be considered.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to work along the Wasatch front (from Brigham City UT to Springville UT and everywhere in between).
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and continue to pass random drug tests.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Must have personal tools including spud wrenches, bolt bag, welding hood, welding gloves, rod bag, chipping hammer, leather sleeves, clamps etc.
• Must have 3F and 4F welding certs, 3G and 4G.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tools and equipment in safe operating condition.
• Become familiar and compliant with Hogan’s safety program and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain fitness level sufficient to handle his/her required work load.
• Become Hogan certified before operating equipment.
• Understand, is familiar with, and follows power tool safety requirements.
• Be vigilant and aware of his/her own safety as well as the safety of those around him/her.
• Actively attend and participate in the Daily Production & Safety meetings each morning.
