About The Position

Greenberry Industrial is seeking one (1) Ironworker / Millwright / Laborer to support ongoing work in Ellensburg, Washington and at Grand Coulee Dam. This role requires the ability and willingness to work at both project locations, based on schedule and operational needs. This position is intended to be a long-term opportunity for a dependable, safety-focused individual experienced in industrial or heavy civil construction environments. Preference will be given to candidates local or relatively close to Eastern Washington (eg Moses Lake).

Requirements

Experience as an ironworker, millwright, or industrial laborer
Familiarity with industrial, heavy civil, or infrastructure jobsite environments
Ability to work safely at heights and in physically demanding conditions
Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and jobsite safety practices
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

Prior experience on dam, hydroelectric, or large-scale infrastructure projects
Rigging or crane signaling experience
Welding, mechanical, or equipment installation experience
Local to Eastern Washington or surrounding areas

Responsibilities

Perform ironwork, millwright, and general labor tasks in support of project activities
Assist with installation, alignment, and support of structural steel, equipment, and mechanical components
Support rigging, signaling, and hoisting operations
Safely use hand and power tools
Assist skilled trades with layout, material handling, and equipment setup
Work at heights and around heavy equipment in outdoor conditions
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all jobsite safety rules, PPE requirements, and company policies
Travel between Ellensburg and Grand Coulee Dam as required by project needs
